When an appointment is requested at Rockford Spine Center, a scheduler will contact you by phone. On average, the initial phone call will last 20 minutes. The information obtained during the phone call helps us understand your current symptoms, duration of symptoms and treatments you have received. We will also ask about recent imaging or testing, such as x-rays or MRIs, and these may be requested. Once this information is gathered and received, it will be presented to a physician to review.
